Once Murder in Lavender Silk was back from my wonderful editor and proofreader, that was when the grunt work began. For Indie authors like me, we choose what to pay someone to do and what to do ourselves.

Just to add to my workload, I decided recently to “go wide”, which means to offer my books at multiple retailers, not just Amazon. I can’t enroll in Kindle Unlimited while I’m wide. In a month or so, I will probably return to Amazon exclusivity and K.U., but I wanted as many readers as possible to have access to the Bridal Shop Mysteries.
I also decided to release a “Box Set” of the first three ebooks. This meant more formatting, another cover, uploading… And Apple didn’t like the 3D cover, so I had to ask my cover artist for a 2D version. Sigh.
Now, it’s back to writing for me!
