Surgery for Kit’s dislocated hip is scheduled for July 28th. The lady at Pardon Me Inc. Rescue is handling the details and helping with the costs, thank goodness.
Take a look at the x-ray – I usually can’t tell anything from an x-ray, but the dislocated hip is so obvious! If you look at the bottom of her pelvis, you can even see what looks like bone missing where it was fractured. The vet is convinced she was hit by a car. Whatever happened, she’s been living with her injuries for over five months!
